Refund Policy
We want you to feel good about what you paid for. If a paid Novingly order doesn’t deliver what we promised, we’ll refund it. Short, plain version below.
14-day refund window
Any paid order — subscriptions or one-time products — is eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date, no questions asked. Email hello@novingly.com with the email address you used to purchase. We process refunds within 5 business days. The merchant of record returns the funds to your original payment method.
Subscriptions
If you cancel a subscription, you keep access through the end of the paid period. You will not be billed again.
Refunds for subscription renewals (charges after the initial 14-day window) are handled on a case-by-case basis — email us and we’ll work it out.
Done-For-You audits
For the $299 audit service: if we have not yet started work on your audit, you are entitled to a full refund. If we have delivered the remediation report and PRs, the order is non-refundable, but if you are unhappy with the work we will continue iterating until you are or refund a portion at our discretion.
Chargebacks
If something is wrong, please email us first — we respond within one business day and we’d much rather make it right than fight a chargeback. We reserve the right to ban accounts that initiate chargebacks without contacting us first.
